there's no land route to get here! you have to sail, and there are exactly two ways to get a boat for this purpose: you can sail a ship out of Quagmire Estates, or you can use a spell to acquire one, after you receive your ninth task. once you're sailing, get to the northwest corner of Outer Terra.
